We painted our skin red on the red rocks this day.
This special spot is next to Bell rock near Sedonia, Arizona. We had traveled across the desert from California, Nevada, the Grand Canyon & had just been in China & Tibet. I did Wuji Qigong on the rocks there. When we got back to the car someone asked me what I was doing there on the rocks "is that Tai Chi?" Close it's Wuji Gong, Qigong. I think people here in the West are more ready for the ancient arts than the Eastern people are. |
