phili airport closed friday afternoon when storm hit. (was on layover to ny)

rented car, headed north to ny sunday.

on monday us air still had 100,000 stranded passengers.
day 3 (sunday) of the adventure, what storm? sure is purdy though...finally arrived at da mo.
day 4 of the adventure, (monday) new storm in route, thanks wendy & joyce for heads up.

just got the penske truck headed back to da mo for the night.
night 4, closing meditaion/party in the hall. the storm had hit again so still nothing loaded on the truck yet.

cleaned it up, lit 20 or so candles. set 4 chairs: one for me, one for everyone that had been there, one of all the spirits, & one for everyone that wished they could have come here & invitation for everyone to come to blue ridge mtns.

sat down to meditate..... gads, everyone was in agreement, lets just crank up the tunes (stereolab) & dance. chips/fig nuton dinner. everyone was quite happy to be moving on...i slept in the hall...great party though, cosmic police showed up twice, said we were haveing too much fun. they decided to say after they saw all the chicks....
we drug this fella into the truck the following morning. he had a bit too much drink at the party the night before.

he's now quite happy in asheville, hangin' in with the locoz...drum circles, mtn skinny dippin', contra dances....
dono who this dude is, just crashed the party, ...some one feed him pleeeeze!
loaded truck entirely in the morning. ran out of cuss words, had to recycle. hit the road, hell yea finally headed south!
